This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by all employees, volunteers when acting on behalf of INNO LEGAL, contractors and partners doing business on behalf of INNO LEGAL.

PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
On its website, INNO LEGAL, collects contact information and specific personal data about the visitors who wish to obtain information from INNO LEGAL, and contact the company for that reason. Visitors assume exclusive responsibility for the authenticity of personal data and contact information. Contact information is used to establish contact with a visitor, whenever necessary. Personal data and contact information shall not be used for any other purposes and shall not be disclosed to third persons. Your IP-address would only be used to identify problems with the server and edit the website. Our website contains also links to websites of third parties. The company shall not assume the responsibility to respect the privacy and content of such websites.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES INNO LEGAL COLLECT
INNO LEGAL, collects the following personal data in line with the use for purposes of functionality and registration for the event and for the purposes of marketing via email and social networks:
• Name and Surname: kept for identification of a user upon registration;
• Company name and information: kept for identification of a user and for issuing the invoice or pro-forma invoice;
• E-mail: kept for information about important matters relating to the event, such as, sending an invoice or pro-forma invoice and other important matters related to the attendance at the event. Upon express approval of the user, e-mail may also be used for the purposes of notifying about the event.

INNO LEGAL will process your personal data for the following purposes with your written consent:
• to send e-mails (emails) for the purpose of informing about the event;
• for marketing purposes (remarketing; eg Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
• for segmenting users and further sending of customized (individualized) messages through multi-channel communication, which means that different users can receive messages with different content in order to better (more relevant) inform individuals and achieve a higher level of user engagement;
• for all other purposes for which you specifically agree to cooperate with the collector.

INNO LEGAL will not pass on the data to third parties and will only use it for the activities mentioned above.

The privacy statement specifies the method and procedure for collection and use of personal data obtained through the website managed by INNO LEGAL.

INNO LEGAL hereby declares that they protect the privacy of every website visitor. The data about the number of links from a third website to our website can be sent to the owner or controller of the third person website, because you cannot be identified on the basis of such data.
